Robert Swan ROBERT SWAN

As the founder and owner, Bob has led the business in its steady growth for over 39 years. He is committed to excellence in service and client relations. He is always available to marry his client's in meeting their property needs. Bob has a long association in the cleaning industry and is always available to marry his client's needs with other business contacts. He is willing to enter the coal face without much persuasion. He represented Australia in the World Sailing Championships and received a bronze medal in 1985.

 

JUDY KOCH

Judy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Honours), a Bachelor of Law and a NSW Solicitor’s practising certificate. She is responsible for Swan’s insurance matters including Public Liability and Workers Compensation. In addition, Judy has been responsible for the development of policies and procedures, which we believe, place Swan at the fore front of employee recruitment, training and safety. She is also responsible for all human resources and for liaising with employee groups. Part of her role is to ensure corporate compliancy. In all these roles, she has a competent team who assist her. Judy has been a member of the NSW & QLD Executive Committee at BSCAA, the Chairman of the Risk Management Committee as well as the industry spokesperson on various industry concerns.

Fred Itaoui FRED ITAOUI
Fred has been with Swan for 17 years. He holds a Bachelor of Nursing. Fred’s academic accreditation has provided him with a clear understanding of the need for policies, systems and procedures. Since joining Swan, Fred has played a key role in managing a variety of contracts. Fred is responsible for tenders, planning and implementation of contracts. He manages all aspects of operations. Fred has developed and grown with Swan and is an integral part of the management team.
Paz Torres PAZ TORRES
Paz commenced working for Swan Services in 1994. She progressed from a Leading Hand Supervisor at a regional shopping centre to a Manager at Sydney University. She is now our Regional Operations Manager, responsible for shopping centres in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria.
Michael Thunig MICHAEL THUNIG
Michael has 18 years in the industry. He is responsible for the overall risk management at our sites, safety, quality assurance and the implemented policies and procedures. In this regard our compliancy and audit requirements are met. He also undertakes risk assessments and investigates incidents and accidents. Michael has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Commerce and plays an important role in driving and maintaining risk management and compliance to OH&S Legislation and QAS.
