Swan Services recently became a member of the Building Service Contractors Association of Australia.

Swan Services recently won the 2009 Excellence in Presentation Award from The National Property Council of Australia. This was awarded on the level of cleanliness and high level of maintenance throughout the centre.

Swan Services has been awarded several coveted Golden Service Awards which are sponsored by Kimberly Clark. These awards recognise excellence in the building service industry.

Only 1 award is given for each category and the independent judging criteria is based on the following:

• Quality
• Occupational Health & Safety
• Procedures
• Staff appearance
• Innovation
• Training

In the 2004 Kimberly Clarke sponsored Golden Awards, we were awarded the following:
