Swan Chairman and Managing Director |
| As the founder and owner, Bob has led the
business in its steady growth for over 39 years. He is
committed to excellence in service and client relations.
He is always available to marry his client's in meeting
their property needs. Bob has a long association in the
cleaning industry and is always available to marry his
client's needs with other business contacts. He is
willing to enter the coal face without much persuasion.
He represented Australia in the World Sailing
Championships and received a bronze medal in 1985.

Judy Koch General
Manager - Legal & Human Resources |
| Judy holds a Bachelor of Arts in
Psychology (Honours), a Bachelor of Law and a NSW
Solicitor’s practising certificate. She is responsible
for Swan’s insurance matters including Public Liability
and Workers Compensation. In addition, Judy has been
responsible for the development of policies and
procedures, which we believe, place Swan at the fore
front of employee recruitment, training and safety. She
is also responsible for all human resources and for
liaising with employee groups. Part of her role is to
ensure corporate compliancy. In all these roles, she has
a competent team who assist her. Judy is currently a
member of the NSW Executive Committee at BSCAA, the
Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and the
industry spokesperson on various industry concerns.

Fred Itaoui General
Manager Business Development |
| Fred has been with Swan for 17 years. He
holds a Bachelor of Nursing. Fred’s academic
accreditation has provided him with a clear
understanding of the need for policies, systems and
procedures. Since joining Swan, Fred has played a key
role in managing a variety of contracts. Fred is
responsible for tenders, planning and implementation of
contracts. He manages all aspects of operations. Fred
has developed and grown with Swan and is an integral
part of the management team.

Michael
Thunig OH&S and Quality Assurance
Manager |
| Michael has 18 years in the industry. He
is responsible for the overall risk management at our
sites, safety, quality assurance and the implemented
policies and procedures. In this regard our compliancy
and audit requirements are met. He also undertakes risk
assessments and investigates incidents and accidents.
Michael has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
and Commerce and plays an important role in driving and
maintaining risk management and compliance to OH&S
Legislation and QAS.

Paz Torres Regional
Operations Manager |
| Paz commenced working for Swan Services
in 1994. She progressed from a Leading Hand Supervisor
at a regional shopping centre to a Manager at Sydney
University. She is now our Regional Operations Manager,
responsible for shopping centres in New South Wales,
Queensland and Victoria.

Pat Davis Contracts
and Tendering Manager |
| Pat has over 30 years experience in the
contract cleaning industry as a Group proprietor, senior
Group manager and consultant. He has an excellent
reputation amongst clients for providing accurate and
reliable cost assessments at tender stage.

Dorothy
Potocka Tertiary Education Manager |
| Dorothy joined us as a Site Manager at
Sydney University in 2000 and was promoted to the
contract manager at the University of Technology.
Dorothy holds a Masters Degree in Physical Education
(Poland), a Postgraduate Diploma in Exercises for
Rehabilitation (La Trobe University Melbourne) and a
Diploma in Business management and Economics. She worked
in rehabilitation for ten years prior to entering the
cleaning industry. Her duties include supervision,
training, client liaison, Quality Assurance and day to
day operational duties. we have been impressed by her
progress and she was very much part of the team that won
several Kimberley Clark Golden Awards for Tertiary
sites.

Natalia
Tepsa Employment & Training Manager |
| Natalia holds an Advanced International
Diploma in Hotel Management. She commenced working with
Swan Services in 2002. Since that time she has been
promoted to the Employment & Training Manager.
Natalia is responsible for inducting all prospective
employees before placing them in suitable positions.
This ensures quality staff meet our high standards. In
addition to the above, Natalia is responsible for
events, office administration and communication issues
at Swan.

Ben Swan Queensland
General Manager |
| Ben has a Bachelor of Business
(Marketing/Communications) from Bond University. His
interest in wireless technology and web-based reporting
will assist Swan in becoming the leader in technology
driven service communication.
